Pan de  Jamon is a Venezuelan bread which was created at the beginning of the 20th Century, slowly it became a Christmas tradition  in every Venezuelan family, without fail.

The creation has been attributed to Gustavo Ramella a baker from Caracas, investigations revealed that he created the bread around Dec 1905 and it has been in every Venezuelan heart since…
